First Day of Preschool

The boys officially started preschool this past week. It is crazy how big they are getting! They are going three, half-days a week, so mommy has a few days now to get some errands run. Because it has become impossible to bring them all shopping now.

For some reason I lost my custom domain for the website. I probably forgot to pay for it. Whoops!

Anyway I am checking to see if everyone who gets email updates can still see this post.

You will need to update my blog address to http://smithtwinsplus1.blogspot.com

But if you are seeing this in your email, you will not have to change anything. Anytime I post something you will automatically get an email with the information. Clear as mud? Yeah, it's all confusing on my end too. Maybe in the near future we will think about buying the custom site again, but honestly when I can do the same options for free it doesn't seem worth it.

January 2013

Well, I am doing it again. Project Life. Trying to take pictures from our daily routine and eventually scrapbook it. I am going about it a little different this year, not a picture a day, but whenever I can. And then I will make a traditional scrapbook layout from those pictures as well as a digital collage. I am still waiting on some of my papers and stuff to arrive for my "traditional" scrapbook, but here is my digital collage page from January 2013.

It helps to hit mommy in the face when you are cranky because you have 7 teeth coming in (5 of them are molars)

It's hard to remember her when she was this small. Her nickname was "Squeeky Beans"

And by the way, I believe the first song H will learn is the Chicken Dance. Singing it seems to be one of the only things that will make her sit still long enough to change her diaper. This child seriously hates getting changed. The Hokey Pokey always worked for the boys.

Informal Official Birthday Invite

I am such a bad mom this year, H's invites never got done. I am completely to blame, and I am sorry for the informal notice. H's one year birthday will be this Saturday, September 22nd at the same park we have the boys' party. It will be in the little pavilion, starting at 11.

She can use the usual stuff, clothes and toys. As for clothes she is in 18 months already, so a variety of cool, warm and cold weather outfits and PJs. Same for 2T, probably more warm weather 2T outfits than cold though. She is in size 5 shoes, and we have two pairs so far, tennis shoes and black mary janes. For toys she loves Mickey Mouse and Rio (the bird movie). But anything for a toddler is good.

So sorry again for the last minute notice. Please let me know if you are planning on coming, so we can account for food. Next year I promise to be a little better prepared! Thank you for understanding.
