First of all, Ryan seems to be doing better. No more fever, and the diapers are looking better... and he still has a healthy appetite!

Mom tried another photoshoot today... which went better than the first, but we still could not do without our binkies.

We're hoping for the next big Cardinal's pitcher and catcher team. Give us a few years and we'll be famous!

Happy birthday mom! ~ May 19, 2009

Just a quick post... today we had our second trip to the pediatrician's office. Ryan was running a low grade fever and had some nasty diapers, so the doctor wanted to see both boys right away. He thinks Ryan has rotavirus, which can be pretty serious, but Ryan isn't doing too bad, and his fever was down that evening. But the poor little guy was having a rough day. Hopefully soon he will be better, and his brother does not catch this!!

Photoshoot... Take 1 ~ May 17, 2009

Our first photoshoot with the boys did not go entirely as hoped. Matthew was pretty cranky and the cute little outfits mom had picked out, were way too big for them. But here are some of our favorites from the day, and hopefully next time we will be a little more happy to pose for the camera!

Bath Time ~ May 13, 2009

We had our first trip to the pediatrician's office today, and mommy wanted us to look nice and clean. Since Mattie is the oldest, he got to go first.

So far it has been very easy for mommy and daddy to tell us apart, since Matthew has blond hair and Ryan has lots of dark brown hair. Look at Ryan's curls!

Bili-bed Boys ~ May 12, 2009

Just a quick update, the boys and I were discharged from the hospital on Thursday night. They had minor jaundice and had to go home on billi beds, and be on them all the time unless they are feeding. As you can see, they didn't seem to mind it all that much. But today we found out that they were able to go off the beds (at least until we can recheck their bilirubin levels tomorrow).

We have had a few rough nights here... but hopefully those nights will get better, especially now that we are closer to being off those beds and cuddled!
